The claim on The Departed video was dropped early. It's going up this Sunday at 1 p.m. Hope you guys enjoy. Also The Breakfast Club video is still planned to release February 15th.

Just finished my next video. As I previously mentioned, it's on The Departed. I've run into some issues with copyright, as usual. I usually wait to upload my videos until Sunday, no matter when the copyright claim is dropped, but this one I'm going to release as soon as the claim is dropped because I don't want to release it too close to my video on The Breakfast Club, which will release February 15th. (i would put the thumbnail here but i haven't finished it yet)
EDIT: I completely forgot to mention, just hit 5k subscribers. Thanks so much for that. I never thought I'd ever get actually get to this point on YouTube. It's genuinely unbelievable to me. It feels good to be able to create something that people enjoy, and to be able to take pride in something. And of course that's only possible because of everyone tuning in. So again thank you very much and I hope you'll stick around because there's much more to come.

Just finished the script for my next video. It's going to be on The Departed. I plan to have it out by this weekend but if I run into any trouble with copyright it'll have to be delayed to the following one.

Thanks for the support on the Good Will Hunting video. My next video was going to be on The Breakfast Club but I'm going to push that back until February to coincide with the film's 40th anniversary. I do want to get one more video out this month though. I'm between two choices at the moment but I'll announce it whenever I decide.

Good Will Hunting video this Sunday at 1 p.m. EST. So long as it gets past copyright of course, but it should be fine. I think. (i'm still working on the thumbnail, this might end up being the final version though)

Hi. Again, sorry for the long gap between uploads. There isn't really much I can do about that but I should at least try and make more updates. I've been working on the next two videos for a bit now. My next video will be on the 1997 film, Good Will Hunting. I'd like to have it up this Sunday, but most likely it will face issues with copyright, so expect it sometime next week.
The following video will probably be on The Breakfast Club. That will also be a slightly different kind of video from what I usually upload most likely due to the nature of the film but the script isn't finished yet so no guarantees there. These two videos should release no more than two weeks apart so there won't be as long of a wait as there has been.
Beyond that I'm going to have to look back at some more viewer suggestions for more films to take a look at. Thanks for the suggestions seriously, I'm still shocked by how many people actually enjoy my content and I'm super grateful. I had told myself that if I hit 400 subscribers by the end of the year I would keep making videos, and now I'm sitting here with 2.6k subscribers and in complete disbelief. Needless to say, I'm gonna keep making videos going into the new year. Thanks again for the support.

Hi. Didn't mean to have such a long gap between videos but it's been a mix of a few things. If you're not interested in any of that here's the announcement, video this Sunday on the 2024 film, The Wild Robot.
Firstly, the video I started working right after Fight Club ended up being scrapped because I really just didn't like the film enough to make a video on it. (dont worry it wasn't a viewer suggestion) So I pivoted to a film I had just seen that weekend.
Secondly, been busier than usual since I've started working again. I was unemployed while making the Whiplash and The Social Network videos so those were able to be made much quicker.
Thirdly, yet again this video was done last week, but got stuck in copyright purgatory, just like Eternal Sunshine and Fight Club.
All that being said, the video is done and I've already started working on my next video, which should come out about two weeks after this one. It's going to be on a film I've gotten the second most suggestions for behind Fight Club, Good Will Hunting. So I hope you look forward to that.

Well, the Fight Club video is done. Ran into another issue with copyright though. For now I'm just gonna get to work on the next video but hopefully I can get Fight Club up before this one's finished. I also think I'm gonna move back to a bi-weekly schedule, because I've been getting videos done in about 5 days but then it takes another week just to get it past copyright. So videos every week isn't looking very possible right now.
