Qualified for PARIS 2024 🇫🇷 🥖 !
I can’t explain how excited and proud I am to be representing Team USA at my 2nd Olympic Games. This one definitely hits different. When I came back to the sport in 2018 as a dual-career athlete, I came back with the goal to trailblaze a path for many that see as a fork in the road. I set out to finish my badminton career on my own terms.
I’ve found beauty in the challenge of balancing the different lifestyles and I have truly enjoyed every second on court, traveling, and at tournaments. To anyone pursuing dual-career dreams. Dream Big!! We often measure success by wins or losses and forget that success is also found through fulfillment and happiness.
Thank you to everyone that has supported me and touched a part of my journey as an athlete and as a young man. I know I’ve been saying this for a long time now…But yes the Paris Olympics will be my last competition. I can’t wait to fight on court one last time alongside my Team USA teammates. See ya’ll in Paris! ✌️
