Box Breathing- Breathe in for a count of 4 then hold for 4 then exhale for 4 and repeat
4-7-8 Breathing- Breathe in for a count of 4 (through the nose), hold your breath for a count of 7, and then exhale through your mouth for a count of 8
Alternate Nostril Breathing- Using your thumb cover your right nostril breath in through the open left nostril then switch your hand to breathe out through the right nostril and then repeat through the other side
