the AMD and OBS struggles continue oncemore... multiple recent raw recordings have been subjected to the DEMONIC PIXELS AND/OR ARTIFACTS. i might have to sadly get rid of some recent recordings in order to fix this technical issue. i've been looking up a lot of info online and it might be hardware related, and the best fixes i could find so far was a clean reinstall of OBS and my scenes, alongside recording in a frame rate that can be divided by my actual refresh rate (my monitor has a 144 hertz refresh rate, dividing it by 2 gives us 72) but recording this way seems really weird and might mess stuff up in production/extraction. will just have to mess around for a while; worst case scenario i need to play in 120 hertz instead of 144 i think

was recording a massive co-op play-through of Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 featuring @KeyToWite but all of the footage is unusable due to a weird visual error causing the in-game camera to lag behind, then catch up, causing the screen to jitter making the footage basically unwatchable. i tried to fix it but it only seems to be a problem with this game, so sadly, no red alert 3 for the channel
