Important finding 🚨on BRAF mutations in NSCLC🫁
🟢BRAF mutational status is associated with improved survival outcomes in metastatic and locally advanced NSCLC.
🔵The effectiveness of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) in NSCLC patients with BRAF mutations remains unclear.
🟠There is a higher pathologic complete response rate (pCR) in patients with BRAF-mutated NSCLC compared to BRAF wt.
🟡The presence of BRAF mutations is associated with improved progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS).
🟣The identification of several BRAF mutations in both cohorts, all treated with chemoimmunotherapy (CH-IO) or first-line immunotherapy.
🔴Patients with BRAF+ showed better PFS and OS compared to those with BRAF wt.
🌟BRAF mutations may be a positive prognostic factor in patients with advanced and locally advanced NSCLC treated with immunotherapy.

welcome to my youtube channel.....I'm not here to teach lessons of pathology which is been done by many people on YouTube and many webinars have been conducted in this pandemic so this is a unique platform of it's kind to help exam going pathology students(MBBS/RESIDENTS/FELLOWS) to excel their university exams..to provide those 10 headings/key points which every student wants to revise on the day of exam, even every examiner expects those points to be represented in the paper to give maximum marks..will try to provide maximum information in the form of flow charts, diagrams, tables and images which are easy to review and represent in the exam..last but not the least the senior consultants/faculty /examiners/guides can refresh/update their knowledge with the advancing world of pathology by simply spending couple of minutes on the video.
