Truest thingā¤ļø this is the most common eating disorder. I was diagnosed with it in 2019 and the road to weight loss has been difficult. But I went from 265 to sitting at 158 today. I have a healthy BMI and I still find myself struggling some days. I did have some aids and medications that my dr prescribed. At first I felt bad and like I was cheating, not āearning itā so to speak. But losing the weight healthy and getting to a normal weight was my priority and I took the advise from my doctor. I have kids and living a long time for them is a priority!! I started eating better and working out and weight training. I even started MMA which has quieted my mind a lot. Iāve always been the person to roll my eyes when people say if I can do it you can too. Until I did it and I can truly say if I can do it you can too. Change your mindset, analyze what triggered that disordered eating, and with the help of others you can do anything you set your mind to, you just have to find what works best for you!. It all starts with youā¤ļø
