Hello and welcome to my applied data science channel!
I'm Ioana, a senior #datascientist with over 10 years of experience in solving problems with data.
Since 2014, when I've obtained my MSc in Statistics from one of the World's top 10 Universities, I've worked on multiple projects for big companies in Europe, Asia and the US as a data scientist and as a technical lead.
At the start of my data science journey, I lacked mentorship and had to do a lot of research and learn from my own mistakes. When embarking on a data science career, listening to how someone, more experienced, approaches a problem, might go a long way, save you weeks worth of time and give you a new perspective on how to go about a similar task.
I've started this channel to share my reasoning when solving problems with data, and maybe it will benefit a few other fellow data scientists, giving them and also myself, a fresh perspective.
