This car buying has been nothing but stress. The Alfa Rosso QV I was planning to get got sold because I was so unsure of doing the deal again. Then I struggled to find another in a spec I would like. I am not willing to wait 6-9 months for a 2024 because the used car depreciation will kill me on my BMW trade by then as the economy retracts further and the market dips. I then started to look seriously at the Cadillac CT4V Blackwing IMSA Edition. The Cadillac drives incredible and is so much fun ( Destroys my M3 in every way in terms of fun factor) but a few things sorta let me down in terms of GM quality, it being a GM and some of the cheap materials used in the chassis, interior and exhaust. So I kinda have it down to these two cars both same price both offering me the same very high trade on my BMW M3 and both will pay for shipping across the country to my door as part of the deal. It is practically an even trade for my BMW M3 for either one of these cars. I really love the fact the Blackwing is a 6 speed manual Tremec TR6060 same as my all my Shelby GT350 and one of the best you can get and the Blackwing is one the last sport sedans to ever come that way and that does add a lot of fun to driving because the M3 manual sucks and I think the M3 is best suited for the automatic gearbox. BMW just doesn't make a proper feeling manual the way Porsche and American cars do. So here are the specs: 2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia QV Rosso Etna, Sparcos, Carbon Roof or 2023 Cadillac CT4V Blackwing IMSA Edition Road Atlanta, manual gearbox, Rift Metallic White with red accents fully loaded. Wow so I posted my new 2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia QV test drive video yesterday and I am blown away at the feedback and positive responses so far from the Youtube community who watch my channel. I am seriously considering selling the G80 M3 to get myself into a 2023 QV again. Now I owned my Vulcano Black 2018 for over 4 years and loved that car so much. Im kinda leaning against getting another black one to be honest. I also owned a 2021 Alfa Rosso QV for only 3 months and I really loved that spec as a very traditional color for an Alfa Romeo and the accents with all the exterior carbon. Few days ago I was able to see a Verde Montreal and it's a sweet color as well. So the question I ask the Youtube Community what color should I go for this time around, stay original, go back to traditional red or pay a mega premium for a green one? the spec of the car will be full carbon exposed roof, Sparco seats, carbon mirrors and grill. I will be replacing the 5 hole wheels and of course adding my touch to the car as I own it. For content the red and black look best on camera where as the metallic light greens do not represent the same as they do in person for some reason.
