Nofap is BS

Why?

99% of Nofap benefits are not real, I know because I have done for 230+ days

You will not levitate

women will not 'smell' it


you will also not End up as a giga Chad, just because of it

There is one WAY more important thing that will make you a better person

it is to work

If you don't do it, STOP NOFAP TODAY!

And start working on some goals instead

Something weird will happen, you will not want to fap

Shock!, Right?

Because you will not have time to do it

How to shape your reality as a Young Ambitious man:
(NO BS)

The law of attraction is mostly BS
But they have one thing RIGHT:

There are two main steps when it comes to shaping your reality
1, Your Mind
2, Your actions
The law of attraction puts overemphasis on the mind and doesn't even bother to talk about the actions
"just visualize success and you will get it" entitlement...

Here is an alternative that WORKS (STEP-BY-STEP):
step 1: set a goal



step 2: Develop self-belief
Shape your mind to be capable of success with positive self-talk and visualizations


step 3: write ten things that will get you to this goal, and then find the essential few

ex: Goal - getting in shape (starting fat), ten things - 1. fasting 2. gym training 3. keto 4. running 5. kettlebell workouts...
essential few: 1. resistance training 2. calories deficit



step 4: focus on the next step, focusing on more will overwhelm you

Ex: doing 6 days a week ppl workout plan, don't focus on the next 6 workouts Focus on going to the gym TODAY!



step 5: Be Consistent
