1, Your Mind
2, Your actions
The law of attraction puts overemphasis on the mind and doesn't even bother to talk about the actions
"just visualize success and you will get it" entitlement...
Here is an alternative that WORKS (STEP-BY-STEP):
step 1: set a goal
step 2: Develop self-belief
Shape your mind to be capable of success with positive self-talk and visualizations
step 3: write ten things that will get you to this goal, and then find the essential few
ex: Goal - getting in shape (starting fat), ten things - 1. fasting 2. gym training 3. keto 4. running 5. kettlebell workouts...
essential few: 1. resistance training 2. calories deficit
step 4: focus on the next step, focusing on more will overwhelm you
Ex: doing 6 days a week ppl workout plan, don't focus on the next 6 workouts Focus on going to the gym TODAY!
step 5: Be Consistent
