Real Men Feel with Andy Grant is an award-winning podcast encouraging men to allow and express all of their emotions.
We host the conversations most men aren't having but are longing for. We tackle the notion of what being a man even means today by digging into topics such as depression, sexual harassment, spirituality, male violence, suicide, and homophobia - and despite such heavy topics, we have lots of laughs, too.
While we target men, we do have plenty of female listeners and guests. Some people say I'm the white male Oprah of men's work. Actually, nobody says that I just made it up.
