Let me be vulnerable for a second…..
Imma be completely transparent rn. Im not extremely happy with how i look. Everyday it’s a mental battle between my laziness and my willingness to keep pushing. My dark neck, high insulin resistance, facial hair, double chin and back fat has got to go so I can enjoy what i see when i look in the mirror. PCOS girlies yall know the struggles especially when you have more of the extreme symptoms like me.
