I'm an academic linguist, working as full professor in Linguistics/Syntax and Language Variation at Utrecht University. I am interested in microvariation, in language contact and in minority languages. I am also an academic mentor for junior scholars: I always have a lot of fun chatting with new people and sharing a bit of my experience.
