Vellano Forged Wheels has been manufacturing precision CNC machined forged wheels for over 15 years. We design, 3D render, engineer, CNC machine, and assemble our wheels entirely in-house. This allows us to work closely with our clients and offer applications that are truly tailor made, in a minimum amount of time. We use only aircraft grade 6061 T6 aluminum. Our in-house engineering department conducts computer simulated failure testing on each design. Before leaving our factory each wheel receives a run out test in order to ensure the wheels are within our spec. We offer multiple finishes, sizes and fitments for all applications, creating a bespoke product that helps bring our clients creative vision to life.
