UP #6379 (Ex-SP #333) sits tied down south of Elvas Junction in Sacramento. This AC44CW built in July of 1995 is leading the UP's MROMI, bound for Milpitas, CA. Even after 27 years, her Southern Pacific 'swoosh' logo is still as legible as ever.

UP #7039 leads a southbound oil train down the Fresno Sub through Sacramento. Taken on November 11th, 2022.

The Jordan spreader sets coupled together in Roseville making the presumed trek up Donner Pass to their winter home in Truckee. Taken on November 6th, 2022.

A northbound UP ballast train sits tied down just south of Elvas Junction in Sacramento. The train left Fresno at approximately 12:15 am and was given a series of slow orders due to the lack of priority this train has. This lack of priority caused the crew to die on hours meaning they had to tie down the consist. That also means that this train won’t get another crew for a little while.
