HOMETOWN HEROS DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE FOR FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS STARTS IN 1 MONTH❕💰

The program will have $100 million available, on a first come first serve basis for those who qualify with maximum amount being 5% of purchase price up to $35,000 (min $10,000). The funds are provided in a form of a 0% interest loan, to be paid back at time of home sale or loan satisfaction.

BONUS: For each $100,000 of your home purchase price, this exemption can potentially save you approximately $2,000 in documentary stamp tax and intangible tax. 🤑
