We all have choices to make every day. Imagine that each morning we have a blank chalk board for the day. As we progress through the day, we fill the board with every choice we make. What we eat, where we go, how we treat others, what positive and negative activities we accomplish. What we put off for another day. By evening we have a snapshot of our day. As we read everything we've done for the day, what do we see. Are we happy with how we treated ourselves and others?
