We're gearing up for a trip back to Glacier National Park in a couple of weeks!!! Karen is stronger now and is so excited to get back to Montana!! We will be bringing all the adventures we have planned in the backcountry of Glacier National Park to you! We are praying for great weather again. In the past we had the best weather while in Montana! We are planning on backpacking and hiking into Canada this time!!! We are so happy that our son David is coming again!! Yay!!! So yal stay with us! We appreciate your support and interest in our channel!

So, I was wondering how important is weight on backpcking gear since the less items weigh the more expensive they become. On a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being the least important and 5 being the most important consideration for a piece of gear how important is weight to you?

Our new video is uploading. It takes hours! We can't wait to share our backpacking trip with you all. This campsite was amazing, and we highly recommend camp #49 in the Smoky Mountains. The sites are right on the water!!

In early April, I took my youngest daughter Faith on her first backpacking trip to the Savage Gulf in Tennessee. We had a wonderful time, and she did amazing! We hiked in 7 miles, and she did it with excitement and anticipation! Also had a 21 lb. pack and did not complain! Video is uploading now!!!

Our latest adventure will be released early in the morning. Whew! It was a long time coming and we think and hope yal really enjoy it. I'm not gonna lie this was a little hard for me (Karen) but I'm so grateful to be able to go on another adventure with Dustin! Prayin' we have many many more in the coming New Year! The Smoky Mountains are incredible, and we are never disappointed.

Hi! Welcome to our channel! We are Dustin and Karen from the beautiful state of Alabama! Yes, we are boomers but barely! lol We love to go on long road trips (we are weird) and go hiking, visiting National Parks, backpacking, camping, and just about anything outdoors. We love to spend time with friends and with our large family which includes our 7 lovable grandchildren. Our house is loud with all those people and with our beagle it is even louder. Life is never boring around our house and we want to keep it that way.
