Hi! I am Alexandra Meffert & I really love 2 things: art & yoga/mindful movement.
I co-founded wildpalms, a plattorm for artists from the Americas and discourses aorund social, political and environmental topics and founded Light. Space. Movement., my approach to yoga, which you can find in the same named studio in Düsseldorf, Germany. My partner and I also offer retreats, curated luxury experiences around mindful movement, art, culture and culinaric, as well as training retreats where you can get certified in my method.
But I love to connect more with you, thus I aim to upload yoga flow videos and what comes along in my mind seemingly important regularily.
