Over the years I have helped hundreds of people to get in the best shape of their lives while helping them to heal their relationship with food.
I personally used to struggle with eating disorder for 12 years
My aim is to teach as many people as possible that food is not an enemy and you CAN get in amazing shape while still enjoy all the food you LOVE!
My passion is weightlifting 🏋🏼♀️ cooking 🧑🍳 and baking 🧁
