4 Unexpected Improvements From Building Apps With ExpressionUI

My goal was to find a fun and more expressive way to build mobile apps.

I didn’t expect the following:

1. A visual widget library
2. Complimentary development
3. Improved state management and transitions
4. Drastic improvements to the UI maintenance process

Later today I'll share with 309 developers the details of the benefits of building apps with ExpressionUI.

As an expert Flutter mobile app developer, I like to think about the future.

If you think of your career in 5 years, are you still manually creating widgets every day?

To improve a Flutter team's performance you have to automated the process of confirming the app's quality.

I'm creating a new service to help Flutter teams with this, but I'm struggling to choose the best phrasing for it.

If you were looking for a service to help automated your app testing process, what sounds more appealing?

New updates based on your feedback.

Here’s what I changed:

- Reduced clutter
- Removed majority of highlighted items
- Organized free and paid benefits in separate UI elements
- Added slider based on @RobertBrunhage suggestion

I feel happy with the new design, but I have one more question.

Do you think it’s important to show the user that buying more seats gets them a discount?

If so, check out image 2, and please let me know which slider you like the most, along with any other changes you think that would make it better.

Extra notes:
- This popup will show when the user tries to do a pro action
- The title of the popup will change based on the pro action the user tried to do

I'm stuck.

I was designing the paywall for TestSweets and it just feels cluttered.

Tomorrow I'm starting the implementation so I want to check which option do you like the most?

Also open to any suggestions.

My goal with the top section is to highlight what they'll lose if they stay on free after the trial.

The bottom section is for buying seats.

The highlighted box under the seat formula is to show what pricing they're paying based on their selected quantity. You pay less per seat the more you buy.

Open to any pointers.

I've built a no-code test automation tool that turns any tester into an automation engineer.

After speaking to many of you, and many of the team leaders, it's clear that developers don't automated the quality checks.

Especially in the form of end-to-end tests.

Most teams have testers who do manual testing.

With this new tool, all those testers can automate their work without relying on the developers.

It just so happens that this makes writing tests easier for developers as well.

I'm releasing a 30-day free trial within the next few days.

If you'd like access to it, submit your company details below and I'll send you access in the next few days.

Submit your team details and watch the demo 👉 tally.so/r/mD71YR

I've been hard at work on a tool to help professional Flutter developers.

But I need some help from you, please leave a vote below.

I'm building a native session replay tool for Flutter called SessionMate (link in the first comments). And I'm wondering what the best sentence would be to describe it what it does.

Become a better Flutter developer by improving one thing.

The time it takes for you to confirm your code works.

That’s called a feedback loop, the shorter it is, the more effective you are.

In an hour I’m releasing chapter 1 of my newsletter-exclusive course to teach developers how to create faster feedback loops to perform like a 10x developer.

+1600 developers will follow along to write their first 4 rapid feedback loops.
