Thank you everyone so much for 600k!
Myself and the team have been working hard at trying to make more valuable content (you might have noticed the last few videos have been a little different). I hope you all have liked it and I'm looking forward to how you all find the next couple videos we're editing right now.

So I just finished hiking over the last 4 days in Milford Sound here in NZ, an area recently designated as the 8th wonder of the world. I had no signal and slogged around 60km (~36 miles) in the cold wet but majestic mountains of Middle Earth.

And upon exiting this magical waterfall filled valley, I discovered 2 things:

1) My knees are fragile and easily injured
2) I reached 500k subscribers!

So in conclusion, THANK YOU all and I will shortly resume to make more content that helps you 🙏

I’m currently at my hotel before I fly back home tomorrow checking my 300 missed emails and messages…..

(Luckily I don’t need knees to teach 😅)

I look happy in the photo but actually I’m apprehensive. Why?

Because I just deactivated my Instagram app blocker 🚫

Most of you probably have heard me talk about using app blockers for focus. And for a very long time I’ve had Instagram blocked.

I found it wasn’t good for my mental health or focus. And blocking it worked great!

Unfortunately it also meant I couldn’t really engage or be active on Instagram for my followers since I only had time for a post, urgent message check and a minute of scrolling.

HOWEVER I’m hoping my self control holds up because I’m going to try and be a bit more active on IG, posting some more behind the scenes and interacting with you guys a bit more in general.

If you want, come find me @drjustinsung on IG.

Wish my mental health luck 🫡

… hope this post doesn’t age poorly……

Next video going live soon!

And once again, I'm showing you my mistakes so you don't spend 7 years trying to fix them like I did :\ ......

This video is about revision/review sessions and how you can make them more targeted and strategic. For the first few years of uni, I always felt that doing revision was a pretty meandering process.

I would just test myself and look through my notes, hoping it was helping. But how did I know if I had gaps? How could I be confident I'm not just going to forget it later (other than just vaguely "feeling" good about it)?

No matter how much I reviewed my notes and tested myself, I never really felt confident.

Maybe you don't have that experience. But if you do, I think this video will help you. It turned my revision days from aimless wandering to an intensive, targeted consolidation of my weaknesses.

Hope you like it!
