starting training for next comp , so much going on right now. Health issues in family . Just got needle in back yesterday it is sore , my leg is very painful because of it so strange ! Black and blue hopefully better tomorrow . Today was going to be "wagon wheel deadlift day 18 inch lift " but my leg wont hold me up .
