I am on my healing journey from chronic fatigue(CFS) and want to share my journey with you all to show you that it’s infact possible to heal it - it might take time and ALOT of mental work and require the willingness to change some old beliefs that keeps you stuck and integrate some new health and balanced patterns, learning to regain trust in yourself and your body.
