Hello, I am glad to introduce you unique musical instrument GUDA.
My name is Dmitrii, I am the sole creator and founder of the musical instrument GUDA drum.
Hole is located in the center of the upper hemisphere of the GUDA drum for more bright and loud sound. The lower hemisphere has no hole and serves as the amplifier of the resonance. The oval-shaped tongues are located at the upper hemisphere.

My innovation consists in the method of tuning. Manipulation and forging of the tongue causes very intresting effect - one tongue produces 2 notes instead of one: main tone+overtone, which is commonly tuned +1 octave. The main note is sounded along the length of the tongue, and the note +one octave higher sounds across its width
So when you play the Guda you can hear the main tone plus additional "steelpan-like" overtone which is tuned +1 octave higher (also it can be tuned in another interval, but +1 octave is the most universal tuning)
