Magical Mike Ormerod was born in Rochford, Essex in 1970, and began magic at the age of 11 in 1981.
He joined the Magic Circle in 1990 for a few years and performed shows around the United Kingdom, especially the Sheffield area during the mid 1990s,.
He went on to perform shows abroad from 1996 to 2000, in Greece, Turkey, Spain, Cyprus, and also performed on a cruise ship.
Performed at kids parties, theatres, bars, restaurants, and in amphitheatres in Turkey.
While pursuing a career in the travel and events industry and raising a family, he has performed occasionally in venues in the south east of England.
Mike has seen and met many magicians including Siegfried and Roy, David Copperfield, Lance Burton, Paul Daniels, Wayne Dobson, Mike Vincent, Antony Owen, and Alan Allan.
