I am excitingly looking to grow my YouTube team and looking to take on a video editor!
Having a YouTube channel brings me a lot of joy but I feel I can't do it justice whilst balancing it alongside my full time job as a doctor. Therefore, I'm looking for someone reliable, friendly and creative to help me take it further than I can by myself.

Hey all! This video is very important to me because I think it is vital we are honest and transparent about money matters to learn from one another and to be well informed.
I have added an amendment in the description about what the "additional pay" in the consultant pay cheque means. Here it is:
"CORRECTION: At 11:30 I discuss "additional pay" for consultants being for being an educational or clinical supervisor only but it actually is for MANY extra roles this consultant has. This includes things like being clinical director, medical director, surgical lead, educational lead, clinical tutor etc. Essentially, this category of pay represents the additional hours for many roles not just one."
I wondered if I should re-film this but felt the hours that would take weren't justified...but I want to make the correction clear so there aren't any misunderstandings!
