In the meantime, I’m working on a project that will actually be finished before the one I announced earlier. But I’ve run into a problem with a Briggs & Stratton boxer-style 14hp engine.
This question is mainly for my viewers in the US, since I’m sure many of you have dealt with these engines before. The issue is with the carburetor – the original one is damaged beyond repair, and the replacement I bought is dumping way too much fuel, which makes the engine run poorly.
Has anyone here ever swapped in an original carb from another Briggs engine, like a V-Twin, or found a good alternative that works properly?
