Sam Winnegrad, MBA, NCLE-AC is the Director of Operations for University Eye Specialists, east Tennesseeās premier ophthalmology practice. He has instructed anatomy and physiology of the eye as well as other various ophthalmic courses for Roane State Community College in Harriman, Tennessee. He has also taught for Highline Collegeās online optician program out of Des Moines, Washington. Sam is a technical speaker for the American Board of Opticianry and National Contact Lens Examiners. He has written articles for various eyecare publications including Eyecare Business, Vision Care Product News, Contact Lens Spectrum and others. Sam holds his masterās degree in business administration as well as a bachelorās in science - but above all treasures his license to practice opticianry!
