'Sanskitotsava 2021' is an online lecture series to celebrate the role of Sanskrit in the Indian knowledge systems. Total 7 talks will be delivered from 22nd August to 28th August on different verticals of Indian knowledge tradition by prominent experts in the field and the series will end with a panel discussion on 29th August. The event is being organized by Centre of Excellence for Indian Knowledge Systems (COE-IKS) IIT Kharagpur, Sanskriti club IIT Kharagpur, AICTE, and Samskrita Bharati. We SAMVAAD are the outreach partners. We will upload the recordings of the talk on our channel.

Department of Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) of IIT Kharagpur and ‘Samskita Bharati’ are jointly organizing events to celebrate ‘Sanskrita Saptaha’. In this regard, an online talk will be delivered by well-known writer, Roopa Pai on 3rd August, 2020 at 4.30 pm.
Her book ‘Gita for the children’ is on the Amazon India's list of '100 Indian books to Read in a lifetime'.

The online lecture series, by Professor Mrigank Sharad of IIT Kharagpur is a humble effort to present the invaluable and the timeless message of the Gita, in an applied manner.
