FoodWise Leeds was set up by Leeds Food Partnership, working to build a better, more equitable food system for everyone in Leeds. Hosted within local charity Zest, we began our journey in 2017 as the Leeds Food Partnership, initiated by Feed Leeds, Leeds City Council and the University of Leeds to promote a new strategic approach to sustainable, healthy and affordable food in the city.
The Leeds Food Strategy sets out a vision for the future of how we produce, consume, and dispose of food across the city - this is divided into three areas.
