Through polls, comments, and DMs I get a lot of requests to cover more diverse photographers. Here's a recent one about Ming Smith, who checks those boxes, has created great work, and has lived a compelling life. Have you seen it? Better yet, have you shared it with a friend? watch video on watch page

My first digital zine is now available here: developing-tank.com/shop
This first attempt at a digital zine contains 100 photos. Recently, I spent two weeks in Tokyo with the goal of creating something different from what I've done on all my other trips. The goal was to avoid tourists while still embracing the sakura season, working on new techniques, and shooting exclusively on film to develop a short-term project in that time frame that was inspired by the work of past photographers also made in Tokyo. This all came together in the form of a digital zine titled suits, spray pain, and sakura.
A video that shows the shooting process and mentality behind it will come out tomorrow. Following that the channel will be back to the photographer bios and vlogs on a regular basis as I ramp up towards the goal of two videos per week. Due to travel I've been absent here, but things are now back in full swing.

I believe in acknowledging milestones and the people who help you achieve them. So, thank you for subscribing, watching, commenting, liking, and in another other way supporting this channel so far. I've tried my hand at YouTube a number of times and it feels good to have finally found some success here while creating videos that, you have shown me through your responses, do have a purpose.
Thanks. I appreciate all 20,019 of you and whoever else continues to join this journey of learning about photography past and present.
