The person who created it didn't make any video.
However, one day...
a certain vtuber debuted on 2023.
That person watched the debut and thought, "She seems wholesome. You know what? I will make clips of her and help her reach millions of subscribers".
Thus, videos are finally created on that person's channel.
However, who knows when it will stop again...
