While my Intermittent Fasting video launched my Youtube journey, I practice a number of little things every day to try to stay Fit Over 50.
As I mention in my intro video, I'm not a health and fitness expert and I'm not a diet and nutrition expert. I am just someone who has spent a lifetime interested in health and fitness and tried several different approaches to training, nutrition and wellness. I just want to share some things that I have learned along the way.
I will also include some training variations, tips and tricks, to help people over 40 or 50 years of age (or older), who are trying to get in shape, or stay in shape, do so while reducing the likelihood of injury and still enjoying all the best life has to offer.
