If your iron levels are too HIGH. You can risk getting iron toxicity (hemochromatosis), which is more common in non menstruating people.
Here are some ways to fix it...
- donate blood (this will bring down iron levels immediately)
- eat foods that block iron absorbtion, like dairy, fiber, and caffeine (you could eat your steaks with a glass of milk, cup of coffee, and some whole grain toast)
Check with your doctor for other methods of lowering blood iron levels.
It might be a good idea to add more beans or other vegetable proteins to your diet that have a lower iron absorption rate and lay off red meat for a bit.
As an anemic, I've been trying to add steaks into my daily diet. Hoping I get results like yours lol! Anyway, stay safe bro and keep working on lowering those iron levels. π

This is happening because corporations and governments are choosing profits over people. And nobody is stopping them.
They're choosing not to modernize their infrastructure.
They're choosing to employ skeleton crews on unlivable wages.
They're choosing to bypass safety regulations and deregulate the processes that would protect us.
They're choosing to revoke the earned benefits they promised us.
THIS IS VIOLENCE. π

Food quality matters. π―
Ultra-processed foods (UPFs) are devoid of nutrients, starving your body and preventing basic functions like detox and metabolism from working.
Real WHOLE foods (unprocessed fruits, vegetables, meats, nuts, seeds, grains) are packed with nutrients and can improve cardiovascular, metabolic, and cognitive health.
One of the biggest causes of chronic illnesses⦠like diabetes, fatty liver, heart disease, most cancers, cognitive decline⦠is nutrient deficiencies.
