Hello, everyone! Long time no walkie-talkie! I know it has been a long time since I have done an update to this channel, but it is in relation to the Final Fantasy Retrospective I worked on!
First of all, I want to thank each and every one of you who stuck around with me these past 8 years in creating one of the most ambitious projects I have ever put out. It was a long and arduous journey from 2015 until now just to work on 15 episodes that covered almost all the games and miscellaneous stuff from beginning to end! While I do not think the retrospective is perfect by any means, but I am happy with how it all came together. If there was an episode that I should have done better on, then it would have been Episode 4 that covers Final Fantasy VI. It seems I went through the episode without being more thorough on some of the messages and themes that went on in the game. Nevertheless, I am happy that I put it out.
Secondly, I'm sure that most of you are wondering if I am ever going to work on more episodes in the future for the Final Fantasy Retrospective. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Episode 15 is the finale of that series as there has to be a point where I need to stop or else I will not be able to move on to other games I want to do a one-shot or an entire series on in the retrospective format. That means the upcoming Final Fantasy XVI will not be covered for that series, but it may be a game I plan on doing a review on down the road.
Thirdly, I have started posting timestamps on my videos in the Final Fantasy Retrospective! I know this was something that some of you have wanted me to do for the series since making timestamps in videos became a thing, but I never found the time or dedication in doing that. Now that the Final Fantasy Retrospective is complete, I am doing that even as we speak! The first, four episodes have been completed with me putting in timestamps, so be on the lookout for other ones to be completed in the coming days.
Also, do I know about other retrospectives that deal with Final Fantasy like what I have done? Yes, I do. Users like Andrew Bluett, KingK, and BrandoSP have done their own takes, and I highly encourage you to support them with their content like you do for me. :)
Finally, I want to assure you that the Final Fantasy Retrospective series is not my swan song on YouTube as I have plenty of other games I want to do, so this is a retread on that one statement from my second point. I know some people would want me to do one-shots on games like The Legend of Dragoon or even a retrospective series on another beloved franchise like Dragon Quest, the Mother trilogy, Lunar 1 & 2, Suikoden, the Legend of Zelda, or even the Xenoblade Chronicles IP. There are plenty of possibilities, but none are final. However, I do intend to continue with more retrospectives in the future, and maybe some if any will be collaborations! Only time will tell.

Hey, guys! I'm sure some of you saw that I had my most recent episode uploaded for my Final Fantasy Retrospective, but I had to take it down due to a copyright claim that blocked my video because of me having the post-credits scene of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII being at the end of my video. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about it as I had to work out a new ending along with a couple of tweaks I needed to make to the video, outright. Anyway, the video should be up on here, tomorrow morning. Sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused you, but I assure you that this new ending will make up for it. Thanks for understanding!
