Released around this time in 1965, E.SP. is the result of Miles, Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter, and Tony Williams in the studio together. Did you know? Jazz critic Ralph J. Gleason wrote the album's liner notes in the style of a poem, using the titles of Miles tracks for his text.

We’re excited to partner with our friends at Craft Recordings for a very special giveaway for a copy of the Small Batch pressing of Relaxin' with The Miles Davis Quintet, the newest edition of their all-analog, one-step lacquer process series.
This pivotal title from Miles’ catalog was mastered its original analog tapes by Bernie Grundman, and pressed on 180-gram vinyl at RTI using Neotech’s VR900 compound and a one-step lacquer process, allowing for the utmost level of musical detail and clarity (limited to 5K copies worldwide).
