Enthralled. Enchanted. We can’t begin to express the joy we feel to have Elizabeth James here with us womb side. Born August 9 at 4:33 a.m. she is a precious gift who has been so loved and prayed for over the years.
From the loved ones who waited and prayed with us, to the medical professionals who watched over her growth, the Lord’s mercy has been with us delivering our precious girl in the exact time and way necessary.
Many of you have watched our journey to parenthood and I have felt so much love and support. We are so thankful and are excited for this next amazing chapter in our lives! 💕
I've started writing blogs for videos as they get released! If you're someone who likes to also read instructions (I know, ironic since we're on YouTube), check out my latest blog here!

We're one month away from Baby Elizabeth's due date! I've started a webpage on my website to include all announcements and baby item tutorials I'm making for her. There's still more to add, but you can find our announcement and gender reveal here: lisapottsdesigns.com/baby-potts/
We are overjoyed to share that after so many prayers and tears, our little family will finally be growing in early August! Being able to feel this joy is something I have dreamed of for so many years, while praying that my heart could be at peace with the fact that it was possible we would never have a biological child of our own.
Our path has not been easy, and I could never count how many tears we've cried while praying that we could remain faithful no matter the circumstances. Right at the end of a year filled with so much loss and sadness, we've been given the incredible privilege to welcome a new life.
We already love you so much, Sweet P. How we have waited and waited for you. 💕
WHERE I’VE BEEN
I know it seems I dropped off the face of the planet, but I’m here! After traveling for almost two weeks to speak at both graphics pro expo and everything embroidery market, I returned home to a hurricane coming to Florida.
As you may know from me mentioning in videos, my day job is in local government. I serve as the social media coordinator for a large county in Florida, and unfortunately our county was severely impacted by hurricane Ian.
We are very fortunate not to have any damage to my home, but the county I work for had damage in the southern part of the county. My county ordered an activation of the emergency operations center on September 26, and I have been working since then.
While recovery as a whole will still take some time, my workload has finally started leveling out. It is an honor and a privilege to serve in public service, but I will admit I am tired. I am eager to get back to filming, but I will need to continue to rest.
Thanks for your patience and see you soon!
Siser is launching their own cutter! I’ve had the opportunity to watch this in action here at @graphic and I’m impressed so far 🔥
The Juliet is a true 12-inch cutter, with a quiet blade, wifi capability and it’s own design software! I’m still learning more about it, but I can’t wait to get my hands on my own and start testing!

Edit - the power went out in my neighborhood, so no live!
I need to clean my Glowforge and pack it up tonight. Any night owls in here up for a late live tonight?
Crafter, dog lover, amateur woodworker and sparkle princess. I love exploring what my Glowforge and Silhouette can do and I want to share it with you!
