The bigger picture on this Liberty Safe vs. FBI debacle isn't Liberty willingly giving up a passcode to get in the safe (It is a big deal, but there is something far worse going on). The big deal in this is the FBI somehow securing a search warrant on a Trespass case (seriously) that was 2 1/2 years old. I've written hundreds of search warrants. The rule of thumb for most jurisdictions is that your info has to have been obtained in the last two and a half weeks. How did they justify that on a 2 1/2 year old crime and a trespass crime on top of that? They were on a fishing expedition. The agent wrote that, his supervisors had to sign off on it, the Attorney General and then the judge. We were failed at multiple levels. All the while, BLM and ANTIFA run free destroying our communities. Be mad at the FBI first. I wish you were just as angry at the FBI as at Liberty Safe.
