A special suggestion for those who want to participate in the Arbaeen walk!
One way I suggest for improving the spirituality of this trip is to remember Imam Mahdi (aj) more in this blessed, epic journey. Talking to Imam Mahdi (aj) is something very beautiful during this trip, especially when you are walking in darkness in the nights.
Why do we ask God several times in the Ashura Supplication to hurry the reappearance of the saviour (aj) in order to avenge the blood of Imam Husayn (as) and remove oppression?
The greatest effect Imam Husayn (as) has, is that he lays the groundwork for Imam Mahdiās (aj) reappearance. If someone does not pay attention to the Imam of the Time (aj) during Arbaeen, it is as if he has not understood the philosophy of making the Arbaeen pilgrimage. The philosophy of the Arbaeen walk is to prepare the groundwork for Imam Mahdiās (aj) reappearance. In the Arbaeen Supplication, we recite, "I am ready to help you.ā
In Arbaeen, when you say, "I am ready to help you," do you mean you want to help Imam Husayn (as) who lived 1400 years ago, or do you want to help his son, Mahdi (aj)? Today, helping the Imam of the Time (aj) means preparing the groundwork for his Reappearance.
You should remember Imam Mahdi (aj) during the Arbaeen walk so much that everyone realizes this magnificent Arbaeen - with all its Mawkibs and crowds - is actually Imam Mahdiās (aj) encampment and it is bringing us closer to his reappearance.
While we are walking during the Arbaeen walk, we should have two loves in mind: one is the love of visiting Imam Husaynās shrine (as) and the second is the love of breathing and taking steps next to the Imam of the Time (aj) on this path. Those who participate in the Arbaeen walk should keep remembering Imam Mahdi (aj).

A global sense of responsibility has made Al-Quds Day
A sense of responsibility in the Islamic nation and a global sense of responsibility has made Al-Quds Day. Under the pretext of Al-Quds Day, let's review Imam Khomeini's words about this day, "Muslims need to be aware that today is not like yesterday. This period in history is not like previous periods when every tribe pursued its own interests in its own territory... Today, the interests of all Islamic countries are intertwined. Today, any issue in one corner of the world is an issue related to the whole world, not just their issue."
At another time, he said, "Al-Quds Day is universal, and it is not a day dedicated only to Al-Quds. It is the day of the oppressed confronting the Arrogant Powers. It is the day when the nations that were under the pressure of American and non-American oppression stand up.ā
On Al-Quds Day, only films related to Al-Quds Day are shown, but according to what Imam Khomeini had said, the bombing of Yemen, the killings in Kashmir, and the hunger of some people in Africa should be shown on this day as well. When he said "universal," he meant that even American crimes in Vietnam, Latin America, etc. must be shown and talked about. Al-Quds Day is not just about one place, Al-Quds. Of course, that is the focal point.
On another occasion, he said, "I am hopeful this day will be a prelude to āthe group of the oppressed in the world [a united group composed of oppressed people from all over the world].āā

š Ramadanās banquet by force: A sign of Godās love
š»The God Who always waited for us to go toward Him ourselves, does not wait for His servantsā decision and action in this month. By making Ramadan a period that everyone must enter, it is as if He has come toward His servants Himself, grabs everyoneās hand and takes them toward His mercy.
š»A banquet by force is a combination of both the Almighty Godās affection and His greatness toward His servants. God has given us enough freedom and choice in order for us to become good. But at the same time, we should realize that we have ruined ourselves and accept for God to pull us one step toward Himself. God's compulsion is due to the intensity of His love for His servants.
š»Sometimes a person who likes his friend very much invites him to his gathering with such insistence that it is as if he does not want his friend to have a choice in this matter, and he takes him to his gathering by force. For example, he says, āYou must come tomorrow. No excuses accepted! Be ready at such and such time, and Iāll pick you up by car myself. Bye!ā If he likes him even more, heāll say, āIf you donāt come, thatās it!ā
