I have worked in the Fitness industry for over 10 years as a PT and Studio Instructor. I have taught many styles of Studio Classes however my favourite is Indoor Cycle/Spinning.
I'm not your normal stereotypical Fitness Instructor..........I don't have a six pack, ripped muscles or strict diet...........I exercise because I LOVE FOOD!!!......As a result my weight ranges from 13 to 16 stone regularly, dependant on how strict I am......or mostly NOT!!!
This channel is a Fitness & Lifestyle channel created by an AVERAGE BLOKE and is NOT to show off how ripped/fit I am but to help show you, no matter your size, shape or fitness level that you can change and improve your fitness level whilst having FUN!!
The Indoor Cycle/Spin class videos are aimed at all abilities and fitness levels..............remember I'm 47 and FAT so if I can do it......YOU CAN TOO!!!
