TO ALL PUBLIC TEACHERS & INSPIRING TEACHERS: Do you know that in 2012, BBM introduced a senate bill for public teachers' upgrading your salary? SADLY, IT WASN'T APPROVED, and was stopped at the first reading. Reason? hmm probably because he is a Marcos and the president that time was an Aquino!

In 2016, he then again filed another senate bill (109)with same purpose, to upgrade public teachers' salary grade 11 to 15. (see how persistent he was)
