This is one of my go to’s for breakfast or a late night snack. Oats w. Some added protein (peanut butter) and fruits/granola. Everyone keeps asking what I eat, I’m a pescatarian and as an active person, one thing that I can say is that I know that I don’t eat enough, that’s one reason I haven’t done a what I eat in a day video yet. I eat clean but I need to eat more to maintain my physique and especially if I expect to see any gains from workouts. Diet plays just as an important role as working out. What you eat matters.
