I use Local Falcon to monitor the rankings of my local SEO clients for their chosen keywords within a specific radius. The screenshot shows that my client (listed second at 68.05% Solv) dominates much of Manhattan with top rankings, yet faces challenges reaching potential customers in the bottom left corner. A visual representation like this clarifies where there is potential to convert these dots to green, thereby boosting phone calls, website clicks, and impressions for my client.

Over the past two weeks, I analyzed Google Search Queries for a National SEO client and uncovered a hidden keyword opportunity. A particular keyword with high impressions was lingering at the top of the second page and not resulting in any clicks.
Recognizing its potential, I included this keyword in SEMRush's daily keyword tracking and revised the corresponding landing page using SEMRush / Clearscope. The result was immediate: the keyword's Google ranking soared, now appearing mid-page. This improvement isn't isolated; related terms are also climbing the ranks, boosting more daily organic traffic for my client. This uptick in traffic is converting to increased sales for my client, aligning perfectly with our SEO plan.

One of my local SEO clients faced a significant problem with Bing Maps, which was indicating that their profile might not exist to users. This error resulted in their profile being excluded from certain keyword auctions, leading to no impressions for their business.
After resolving this issue and updating their account with a fresh description, service areas, and other details, we are seeing a steady rise in weekly impressions. Although Bing makes up a small portion of their impressions compared to Google, the consistent increase from Bing represents "net new" users discovering their account, which is an improvement from their previous situation.
