It's that time of year where I want to do F all and just get Fat šŸ¤£

But I don't have an excuse to do F all and I don't want to undo any progress I've made

And I kinda wanna make some progress before the year is gone

I can't blame Christmas on doing F all because it's too far away yet

And that leaves me in a position where I feel guilty for doing F all and have nothing to blame, which ultimately makes me hate doing F all but I don't have the motivation do anything

My activity levels are always so bad šŸ˜‚ (900 steps only today) I can only put so much blame on spending most of my time making and editing videos for you lot

But I have come across in my time over losing a sh* tonne of weight and helping others do the same how to lose fat even if your a bit on the NOT active side

Over the last 2 weeks Iā€™ve lost 5lbs (this is being documented on my Instagram (mulligainz_fitness)

20kg down in the mulligainz method , sadly she lives across the pond so I couldnā€™t good the plate with her

But seeing shit like this makes my day , itā€™s exactly why I put the app together , do weekly calls, weekly check ins with all of the crew in mulligainz and shit like this makes it worthwhile
