whew...sorry I have mostly been away. Long few days of building out the new website. But thankfully for now a moderately useful shell is up and running.

You can view all videos (almost all, youtube API's are actually forever broken for listing all videos...)
You can find playlists, and then see videos belonging to a playlist
You can play videos from inside the site in a large youtube embedded video player

It still needs more work to setup showing some youtube stats, possibly comments from videos, possibly channel updates, etc.

More to come as time goes by...

Plans for the website:

- Get all of the youtube videos on it and organized so they are easy to find especially by playlist.

- Create a section for folks to contribute ideas on videos they want to see so the community can help steer the content on the channel.

- Create a section for folks from the community to upload stable diffusion images to be featured in videos, and to be available to see how they were made (prompts, models, etc).

- Potentially might create a forum for folks to look for help if they are having trouble with something, and cataloging the problems people had and hopefully the solutions that fixed it.

- General website stuff

- Possibly some sort of donate or support my work type thing

- Possibly some sort of restricted "subscriber" content if I end up going down that road...maybe...

So I am getting close to being eligible to monetize my channel. With that I could enable things like channel subscriptions, supers, and stuff along those lines. For the community I am curious, if I were to enable something like that, what things does the community think are perks actually worth paying money for?

For a subscription that is only a few dollars a month, what would make it worth it for folks, in the off chance some people would like to donate or support my work, I want the community to feel like the prices and "perks" are really worth it. So if folks have ideas or input on what the community would like and what folks really would find to be valuable, I am very interested to gauge the community sentiment and thoughts on it.

Common things that I see in other channels are things along the lines of private discords, getting content earlier than is generally available to the public, sometimes special weekly episodes.

Any feedback or ideas is very appreciated! Hope everyone is having a great end to 2023!

Folks on AMD, who is running on laptop graphics cards? Such as AMD 6600M? Have folks been able to get AI running on laptop graphics cards? If so which graphics cards were people able to successfully run Stable diffusion? What stable diffusion did you run? Windows or Linux or both?

Some folks here have laptop graphics cards and are struggling to get Automatic1111 with DirectML running in windows, and I unfortunately don't have hardware that will even let me try to help, so hopefully if some people can comment on any SD they were able to run on Laptop AMD GPU's that would be fantastic!

If you are running Automatic1111 DirectML on windows with an AMD gpu, and it is broken or not working, see my video, it should fix whatever problems you are having. I am able to do a fresh install and get everything up and working. If you were using lowvram this may cause problems as this disables some things for the lowvram flag specifically.

Finishing up a video about software to start with a homelab and running LLM's CPU only on an actual server. Then I have another video or two coming up about running multiple LLM's together as a taskbot that will run entire tasks for you.

What would folks like to see in upcoming videos? Rather than do a poll, folks can comment and upvote things they would like to see the most.
