start downloading every classic video off youtube -- there's going to be a giant youtube purge at the end of the year
I'll just write this everywhere...google is disabling and deleting email accounts for those inactive for 2 years, by the end of the year, and because google accounts are connected to youtube, a lot of those videos from 10+ years ago may belong to owners who long abandoned those channels...youtube is hemorrhaging money because a ton of videos get uploaded to their servers but only a small fraction comes out net positive to offset their storage fees, and to make youtube more profitable for investors in the age of competing against other tech giants, a ton of videos will be deleted at the end of the year...start downloading old videos and re-archiving them because they wont be available soon, and wayback machine hasn't been able to store old youtube videos recently ever since adobe flash was discontinued
