EN / The founders of the Association are individuals/communities that work to represent and support people living with dementia in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda.The objective of the Association is to create a Lithuania where people living with dementia and their carers feel valued and supported.
LT / Asociacijos steigėjai – fiziniai asmenys ir bendruomenės Vilniuje, Kaune ir Klaipėdoje, kurios veikia demenciją turinčių asmenų ir jų globėjų gerovei. Asociacijos tikslas yra atstovauti demenciją turinčius asmenis ir jų bendruomenę, siekiant užtikrinti jų teisių įgyvendinimą bei reikalingų paslaugų ir paramos prieinamumą.
