Nobody cared back then, and I doubt anyone will care now ... but I managed to partially resurrect the "Ancient Counter-Strike Flashmovie Collection" video from 2012. It's still blocked in the USA and Denmark, but it's at least something. This bullshit was one of the many reasons why I quit YouTube back then.
