Hi everyone.
As of today, I’m canceling my YouTube Premium subscription and will soon be stepping away from YouTube entirely. I’m doing this as a stand against the platform’s new AI-based age verification system, which analyzes watch behavior to infer users’ ages—forced verification that threatens privacy and risks misclassification. I encourage my viewers to consider the implications of this invasive policy and join the growing movement defending digital freedom.
Besides... asking for birthdates as identification was better.
YouTube was built on creativity, community, and trust. Right now, that trust is being broken. My decision to cancel Premium and step away is my way of saying: enough is enough. If you feel the same, let’s stand together—sign the petitions linked below and help push back.

It's funny how the older you get, the more you feel like you've taken your youth for granted.
As a pre-teen back in the early 2000s, it was as if a whole world of music opened up to me: U2, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi... and yes, Ozzy Osbourne.
I discovered Ozzy from his "Gets Me Through" music video on MTV2. At the time I was deeply religious and couldn't actually "listen" to the music because it "promoted sin" 🙄😒. So I'd mute the TV each time it came on. But once I eventually got over that and heard the song more intimately, I loved it. It was a gateway to the legendary Black Sabbath as well as some of Ozzy's solo hits and the late great Randy Rhodes.
So it's such a deep coincidence that, only a few days ago, I decided to watch the whole "Gets Me Through" music video on YouTube WITH the music. It was such a trip down memory lane. Maybe it was Ozzy's last "goodbye" to me, as I watched it after nearly two and a half decades had passed. Yet here was the Prince of Darkness himself. A hello and see ya later.
I didn't have the privilege of seeing him solo or with Sabbath in concert (only via livestreams and videos of Back to the Beginning), but I still thank Ozzy Osbourne for making my early teen years one to remember. For touching so many lives, mine included, and enriching my life.
RIP Ozzy Osbourne. Keep on rockin'! 🤘

Just a simple, fellow music fan who LOVES music (rock, pop, hip-hop, electronic, metal, etc) and wishes to share my thoughts on artists, albums, songs and live performances. Along with other non-music stuff. :) I can discuss about music that you love and equally despise but, hey, that's me: A fan of MUSIC = all styles (or at least most :)). Rate, comment and subscribe to stay updated on my activates. :) And if you happen to be so curious for me to review an artist, album or song that I didn't cover yet, feel free to do so.
