Quick channel update!!
Wow. 100 000 subscribers. Thank you all so much for the support! I would have never thought I would be here three and a half years ago when I posted my first video.
I’ve learned a lot and had a lot of fun, so thank you! I obviously couldn’t have grown without all of your engagement and support.
I also appreciate that this community pushes back and challenges, and as you see many of my video topics are driven by community engagement, which has always been a goal of mine.
That said, I also wanted to update all of you on the channel. I have been very inactive this year, but it’s not because I have given up on this channel, but rather that I have been absolutely slammed in real life. All aspects of my life are crazy, professional (my day job) and personal.
Most of it has been good, like we bought a house and have been renovating, and I’ve had a lot of success at my day job, but the downside is that I have had a lot less time to put into YouTube.
That said, I haven’t totally been slacking. Actually this entire time I have been picking away at my next video, and it’s been quite a doozy. I guess you could say my most ambitious project yet – The good news is… that I finally have solved the big problem that the video depends on and have been recording and editing away!
Keep your eyes out! I hope you will check it out ;-).

You may know how much I appreciate elegant designs, and this hits the nail on the head: It's compact and highly efficient!
He works a ton on this farm and this video, and it hits everything perfectly -- check it out, this absolutely deserves to be one of the top options for anyone looking to make a high capacity iron farm!

You all are incredible.
I’m not a very emotional person but when the iron farm video was taking off, I actually started to get quite emotional.
I worked very hard on the video for quite some time and was hoping that it would do well, but what happened was beyond any expectations I ever had.
The performance metrics are one thing, but the feedback and support just floored me. I would have never guessed that there would be an over 100 comment thread that was literally cheering for the success of the video in addition to the over one thousand positive comments on the video itself.
You all, are amazing. Thank you so much for your support, it really does mean very much to me, more than you can probably imagine.
One video doesn’t mean much unless it’s followed up with equally good or better videos, and that is what I am hoping to do.
For me, the work is just starting, but I hope that along with making these videos, we together can build a fun, positive community that can learn and grow together.
The discord no longer only has 5 members in it, in fact, now it’s over 500, but if you are interested in being part of what I hope will be an active community of like-minded people then come check out the discord. While it is a little bit bigger, we are still starting on the ground floor, and will be forming what kind of community we want to have together over the next period of time.
But with all of that said, again, I just want to say, thank you so much! I still have a lot of work to do, but the motivation you all have given me is incredible and highly appreciated.
